In brief
At ADIPEC 2026 in Abu Dhabi, EGA Master presented advanced torque‑control and digital tool‑management solutions aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency in the oil and gas sector. International Sales Director David Esteves emphasized the company’s long‑standing expertise and its focus on inventory management and environmental considerations in the Middle East market.
At the 26th ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi’s premier petroleum and gas event, Spanish industrial tools manufacturer EGA Master displayed a range of smart technologies designed to improve safety and operational efficiency in the sector.
During the exhibition, the company showcased advanced torque‑control systems and digital tool‑management platforms that allow operators to monitor equipment performance and verify that critical bolts are tightened to exact specifications. This capability, according to International Sales Director David Esteves, is intended to reduce the risk of accidents in high‑stakes environments.
Esteves told the Emirates News Agency that EGA Master has supported industrial operations for more than five decades. He noted that the company’s core expertise has long focused on the oil and gas industry, and that it continuously develops solutions to address safety and efficiency challenges faced by operators.
Key to the company’s strategy at ADIPEC was a focus on torque‑control and inventory‑management technologies. Esteves explained that these tools help partners keep track of tools and equipment, ensuring that inventory is maintained and that critical components are replaced or serviced before they fail.
Highlighting its regional ambitions, Esteves highlighted the Middle East as one of the most important markets for EGA’s global growth. He recounted that the company opened its first regional subsidiary in Dubai in 2018, followed by an office in Abu Dhabi. These bases have enabled EGA Master to establish strong relationships with major energy companies and contractors throughout the region.
Emphasizing a proactive approach to innovation, Esteves said the company seeks to anticipate emerging industry needs rather than simply react to market developments. He added that environmental considerations are an integral part of EGA Master’s product strategy, reflecting the sector’s shifting priorities toward sustainability.
While the exhibition focused on the tools themselves, the broader narrative underscored EGA Master’s long‑standing commitment to safety, efficiency and regional collaboration. The smart industrial solutions on display are part of a larger effort to bring digital technology to the heart of the oil and gas value chain.
